My stay at Fortaleza was fantastic, especially the spacious library room with its comfortable bed and thoughtful touches (I loved the decor!). The location is perfect for exploring Galle, but the dining options were somewhat lacking, which was a letdown.

The location within Galle Fort was perfect for exploring, and the unique decor of the hotel added a stylish touch to my stay. I had a good two-night stay at Fortaleza, where the charming boutique atmosphere met comfort perfectly. The Master Bedroom was beautifully furnished with a wonderfully comfortable bed, although it lacked natural light. While the dining experience was a bit ordinary compared to the overall high standards of the hotel, the attentive staff made my visit enjoyable. I would recommend this unique spot for anyone wanting to feel at home in the heart of Galle Fort.
